This Privacy Policy explains how CS DETAIL (ABN 67 578 210 758), trading as “CS Detailing” (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal information collected through this website. We are a mobile car-detailing business operating across Greater Sydney, NSW, Australia.

- your vehicle and the package you’re interested in (optional);

Our enquiry form is delivered to our email inbox using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and your enquiry is stored in our email account (Google/Gmail). Our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers located outside Australia.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you:
- Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to us.
- Google — Gmail (where we receive enquiries), Google Fonts (loaded on this site), and Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- Vercel — website hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set any cookies until you choose to accept them. When you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure anonymous, aggregated website usage (with IP anonymisation enabled). If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers to display our typography; this involves your browser requesting font files from Google.
Your choices and rights

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to serve you and for our reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
