These terms apply to your use of this website and to detailing services provided by CS DETAIL (ABN 67 578 210 758), trading as “CS Detailing” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide mobile car-detailing services across Greater Sydney. Enquiries submitted through this website are requests only — a booking is confirmed once we agree a date, location and price with you directly.
Quotes and pricing
All prices shown are starting prices for small vehicles. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, sand, stains, mould, heavy dirt, or any extra add-ons required. We will always confirm the price with you before starting the job.
Bookings, access and cancellations
As a mobile service, we need safe, legal access to the vehicle and, where relevant, access to power and water at the location you nominate. If we can’t reasonably complete the work due to access, weather, or the vehicle’s condition, we’ll discuss options with you. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Your responsibilities
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left in the vehicle.
Results and liability
Detailing outcomes depend on the starting condition of the vehicle. We aim for the best possible result but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, odour or defect. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the enquiry form. Website content and branding are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
